My name is Sylvia Beard-Blan. I am a peer and one of the drivers for MHCAN. I enjoy getting up each morning to go to work. MHCAN has made a significant difference in my life. Where I felt weak I now feel strong. Where I couldn't speak now I talk too much. I've learned to love myself and the people around me.
